A little chill.
A whole new experience.
Renew. Revive. Refresh. Make room for a different kind of wellness visit: explore the space, ask questions, and find the experience that fits you.

Bring your curiosity.
The cold feels intense. The experience doesn’t have to feel unfamiliar.
Whole-body cryotherapy involves a brief cold exposure in a specialized chamber. Before you start, the team explains the process, reviews your health history, and guides you through the required protective clothing.
Cryo954’s current guide describes an initial exposure of about 2 minutes, with later sessions up to about 3 minutes depending on the team’s assessment. Allow extra time for preparation and questions.
You may be curious about a new wellness routine or interested in complementary options after activity. You don’t have to be an athlete to ask about cryotherapy.

A little preparation. A better first visit.
What should I wear?
Cryo954 asks guests to bring dry socks and may ask you to bring a robe or towel for changing. The team explains required clothing, protective wear, and jewelry removal. Confirm the instructions when you book.
Can I come straight from a workout?
Your skin and clothing need to be dry. Follow Cryo954’s instructions to avoid sweat, creams, oils, or liquids on the skin before a session. Ask the team how to prepare after exercise.
What does it feel like?
Expect an intense cold sensation for a short period. Everyone experiences it differently; some describe feeling refreshed afterward. Tell the team immediately about pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
How many sessions should I book?
There is no single schedule for everyone. Start with your goals and the team’s review. Ask about individual visits, packages, and frequency before committing.
Is cryotherapy right for everyone?
No. Share any history of heart or circulation problems, blood-pressure concerns, cold sensitivity, pregnancy, wounds, and other conditions or medications. Extreme cold can cause injury and is not a substitute for medical care.
